Admission: Procedure & Age Criteria

School Visit:
You are most welcome to visit the school and have an informal discussion with or without your child. This can be done by fixing a prior appointment with the Admission Counsellor. A meeting can also be arranged with the Head Mistress or the Coordinator.
Parent And Child Interaction
All applicants will have the opportunity to tell us about their interests and achievements. Because education is a three-way partnership, we also look forward to having an interaction with their parents.
The interaction is as pleasant and non-intimidating as we can make it. It is normally conducted by Co-coordinator or Head Mistress. We are interested in knowing about the child’s educational development, use of language, social skills, academic enthusiasm, and extra-curricular interests. The aim of the interaction is to find out what the child knows, understands, and enjoys.

For all other classes, the criteria is the submission of the child’s latest performance record along with the school leaving certificate.
Payment of Fees
Once the above steps are satisfactorily completed parents will receive an admission offer and may pay the applicable fees to confirm admission.
The admissions are given as per guidelines framed by the CBSE and endorsed by the Managing Committee of the school. Admissions in higher classes are open depending upon the availability of seats.

- Uniforms and Books are not included in the Fee Structure.
- There will be an additional charge for excursions/school trips/ Annual Day / Sports Day, etc.
- Fee Revision: The fees will be cost-adjusted every year.
- Registration Alone Does Not Guarantee Admission.
- Once Paid, Fee is non-refundable.
Submission of Application Form
Parents must submit the following supporting documents:
- Birth Certificate.
- Aadhar card of Student.
- Residence Proof and Aadhar card of parents.
- Report Card & Transfer Certificate (Not applicable for Nursery applicants)
- Passport size photographs (2 for student , 2 for parent individually)
- PEN (Permanent Enrolment Number) as applicable.
Admission
Montessori & Primary School

Admission Procedure
Before seeking admission for his / her ward in school, the parents / guardians are requested to go through the various rules given in the school prospectus. Initially admission can make in classes starting from Play group, Nursery to Std. VII on the basis of verbal / written test and / or interview. Subsequently admission would be mainly confirmed to other existing classes. Minimum age of students for admission to play group would be 2 &1/2 Yrs on 1st April in the year of admission. They should be toilet trained.
Admission Procedure
- Before withdrawing a students from the school a calendar month’s notice in writing is to be given by the parent. A month’s fee to be paid if no notice of withdrawal is given .
- A transfer Certificate will be issued only if the due have been paid and library books refused .
If a child has once been withdrawn, the admission fee must be paid again for re-admission , if so desired.
Fee Rules
- Registration fee is to be paid at the time of registration along with application for admission. Admission fee, Activity fees are to be paid at the time of admission in full.
- School fees are to payable for full 12 months of the year .
- Monthly fees and other fees can be increased when required .
- Fees must be paid before 15th of each month. In case of default, a fine will be charged as has been circulated in student groups
- Fees must be paid by Digital Mode only.
- A child name may be struck off the school roll for non-payment of school dues after two months . On payment of the re-admission fees only, the child’s name be enrolled again.
- Only those pupils who have paid all school fees are permitted to appear at the regular examination.
- No fee, once deposited shall be refunded.
School Transport
- School buses are usually provided when transport request is made to avail the bus facility.
- Bus are payable for 11 months only.
- One -month clear notice is required for discontinuing bus facility.
Session
The school session is from April to March every year.
School Timing
- Morning Shift: 7.00 am to 10.00 am
- Day shift: 10.00 am to 4.15 o’ clock

From 1st to 10th of every month within school hour (Monday to Saturday) 10.00 am to 4.00 pm)
